What are their early experiences and career stories?

SAP skills are highly sought after by businesses everywhere in the world and as a consultancy firm specialising in SAP data archiving solutions, TJC Group is expanding very rapidly. High demand for cloud-based data management solutions means the company is on a huge recruitment drive and currently seeking to fill many interesting new technical job roles. In the past four weeks alone, six new team members have joined the Group’s international development team.

Starting an IT career with a new employer is always a big step, but during a pandemic and while everyone is still working from home means transitioning can be just that bit more complicated. TJC’s high performance HR team, led by the HR Manager Renuka Sharma, has ensured that every new starter has very quickly felt part of the international TJC family.

TJC’s new team members are all based in India and will be working on high profile technical projects across the world. Here’s more information on who they are, why they decided to join the company and what their first impressions of TJC have been.

“I really enjoy working at TJC, the work itself is technically very interesting, the atmosphere is friendly and there is no hierarchy between management and the development team, which I find very motivating. Moving to a new company during the pandemic was a bit daunting, but the onboarding has been very smooth and my co-workers are always available on Teams for support. It’s actually handy to be working from home because I have a young family and it means I have more time for them.”
