TJC Decommissioning methodology extracts and stores all system data in flat files. All documents (i.e. PDF invoices) are also archived and extracted for future reference.
The methodology is preceded by a TJC Decommissioning Expertise that includes a strategic discussion with the customer on user access, retention policies, tax audit compliance. Followed by a TJC recommended action plan for the retiring of the legacy system or portioning of the system to faciliate well-defined mergers & acquisition (M&A) situation.
