Question 1: Hi Patchanok, can you tell us about your educational background and professional journey?
Answer: Hello, I completed my Master’s in Management Information System at Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand). After finishing my education, I stepped into the SAP journey and worked in leading SAP consulting companies before becoming a member of the TJC family. I have over 25 years of experience in SAP, from version 3.1H to S/4HANA. I’ve gained extensive experience in various SAP modules, including Order-To-Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance, ABAP and Project Management.
Question 2: How do you help customers with your skills and experience at TJC Group?
Answer: I have a strong functional and technical background, with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, which help TJC deliver great customer service on our SAF-T products. Being a responsive person, I also offer TJC customers in-depth knowledge on tax matters and advice on SAP best practices to help them overcome any challenges with tax compliance.
Question 3: Were there any instances where you had to go to great lengths to help TJC clients?
Answer: Absolutely; in my entire experience with TJC Group, I have come across many such instances where I had to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. And, my customer-centric mindset has also helped me improve their satisfaction and build enduring client relationships.
Question 4: Can you tell us about your life outside TJC Group, perhaps your hobbies or other interests?
Answer: Personally, I enjoy travelling, meeting people from different cultures, languages, people, food and amazing experiences. I like spending time with my dog, which gives me joy. I love Japanese arts and crafts. Acrylic painting and cooking are my favourite hobbies.
