Meet François Beudin, our Senior SAP Support Consultant

François Beudin is the face behind our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service, which provides consistent and ongoing data archiving activity for those clients that wish to maximise the gains of their Data Archiving project.

François’s professional background lies in Electronics and Computer Science. He obtained a Technical Certificate (BTS) in Electronics which opened the door to his first job in data processing, focusing on Cobol programming. After that, François plunged into the SAP R/2 world at Editions Nathan. Since then, an interesting journey within SAP landscape has followed until present.

François professional experience with international companies, such as BASF, Schindler, Sextant Avionique, GFI and Nestlé, has given him an excellent knowledge of the SAP landscape and a unique set of IT skills. In 2011, François joined TJC Group where he was initially involved in data archiving projects before taking over the BPO activity.

“Running an ongoing Data Archiving activity for an SAP System requires dedication and a particular knowledge of certain SAP transactions.” 

Frequently, companies find it challenging to find the resources and the knowledge within their organisations to streamline ongoing data archiving activities. That is why some of TJC’s clients are enticed by the BPO service as they can delegate this task to François and know that their data archiving is in good hands.

Indeed, François assumes responsibility for ongoing archiving once a Data Archiving project has been finished. His main duty is to ensure the database is maintained at an optimum level, and to be aware of any problems flagged by the Archiving Sessions Cockpit, a SAP Certified solution that automates the full end-to-end process. Detailed annual reports are produced to keep our clients informed about any change. Last but not least, François provides support in the event of an SAP upgrade, and remains available to provide guidance to our clients.

TJC’s BPO team does not consist of just one contact person, but a skilled team based in the UK, France and India that can mobilise when needed.

All of these tasks can be done remotely, hence the BPO activity carries on seamlessly despite the current context of Covid-19.

On a personal level, François is quite a sports fan. He likes to immerse himself in a good novel as much as he likes to hurtle down the ski slopes of the French Alps. He is also fond of water sports and enjoys scuba diving to explore the seabed, or going onto a peaceful fishing trip. TJC is very open-minded company with strong sense of ethic among the management. It has demonstrated so by allowing me to grow my career despite my physical disability".
