Lawrence is a Senior Sales Director with strong skills in new business development and multi-level selling at predominately CXO levels. Most roles have been hands-on and included a high degree of winning new business, into new market sectors.
Lawrence has a very analytical, methodical mindset as he’s able to assess multiple data-streams and information flows. He has acquired an extensive knowledge from working with, and for USA and European-based companies. Lawrence has applied his enriching experience across Europe to develop the market in the UK.
As Head of Sales for UK and Ireland, Lawrence took on the challenge to deploy a commercial strategy in the UK back in 2012 when TJC opened its UK arm. Since then, he has successfully grown the business, giving TJC the opportunity to work with best-in-class organisations such as BT/EE, Carlsberg and UK Power Networks.

Lawrence’s effective management style has consistently achieved on sales results and associated requirements. He is adept at using Sales MIS systems to provide appropriate management forecasting, reporting and monitoring requirements for the sales aspects of the business. Proficient at establishing a sales strategy and tactical plan; implementing the requirements of that against the larger business plan, managing resources and the expected results, to deliver on target.
On a personal level, Lawrence is a trained Master Mariner. He worked in oil/gas shipping industry for thirteen years before entering the IT industry. Lawrence still enjoys maritime opportunities by leisure boating, owing a power-cruiser for time-off pleasure, sea fishing, bridge and chess are other pastimes.
