Meet Steve Peirce, Head of Sales TJC UK & Ireland Ltd
Steve is a Senior Sales Director with strong skills in new business development, managing high-performing sales teams and multi-level selling at predominately CXO levels. Most roles have been hands-on and include many examples of significant new business development in a myriad of vertical markets.
Steve is a time-served engineer and has been in solution sales for almost 30 years. He has a methodical and analytical approach to business development and management alike. During his career he has travelled extensively while securing business, and establishing lasting relationships, with major organisations in Europe, Asia and the US.
As Head of Sales for UK and Ireland, Steve is responsible for driving sales growth domestically, as well as in the Nordic countries. Steve works with many best-in-class organisations, such as BT/EE, Dunelm and UK Power Networks, who are not only customers but long-term partners, entrusting TJC with their ongoing DVM strategies. Strong growth is expected over the next 5 years, so there are exciting times ahead for the TJC team.

On a personal level, Steve is a true sports fan. An ex-rugby player, he still enjoys regular sessions at the gym and the occasional round of golf, as well as attending live events when time allows. Steve has two children at university and is married to Kate, a senior consultant for a software vendor in the UK.
