In the previous post, I shared with you a little trivia and history of TJC.
I also found out that the value placed upon people and relationships that the CEO embodies and that the team stands for also extends to our business partners.
Having been with TJC for almost 10 years, I asked the VP of Sales and Marketing for the working history with our existing business partners. He then clarified or reminded me that TJC partners here refer to our product distributors, technology specialists/collaborators, and subject matter experts.
The journey started like all ‘sales calls’ but followed with authentic conversations at a work and personal level. The years of consistent engagement has resulted in a strong relationship that is founded on trust on the technical abilities and work ethics that each party possess.
Our central focus has always been to provide the best solution for our customer – quality time is spent on strategic discussions, data volume analysis, and identifying potential risks for future tax and audit. During this time, we are able to have a deeper understanding of the customer’s business, its challenges, and growth plans – helping us to design and develop a solution specific to the customer’s environment and needs. Our customer-specific solution includes TJC solution, reseller software, and/or a recommended service from our technology specialist.
We all have our strengths and our weaknesses – knowing them is key to enable effective teamwork and contribute to the success of any project.
